I ordered the Defender series cover for my *phone * Monday May **th, and * phone calls and * email later, here I am on May **th with no product. Customer service tells me all the parts are in stock and the order is waiting to be shipped but hasn't shipped yet * days after they got paid. This is lousy for any company, but not one that bills itself as a good customer service organization. I'm still waiting...
