Like, yeah, I got a request for information - not from Oregon, but from my accountant. And I need to speak to somebody to figure it out. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.***I think *********** will get you in. Or four *s. I had to enter my SSN the first time but I'm not entirely sure that is necessary. The trick is claiming you had a "Request for information".
