The website said *-*.* stars and it was a * starS. The lady that checked us in looked at the pictures and she said that was their old facility . So we cancelled the reservation Right after looking in the room. And orbitz guaranteed a full refund with no charge! Which was great but then again. I am homeless and lliving in my car and I had to come up with that money in order to get the room. And if I had not been falsely informed I would not have put myself in the
