~Dennis:Orbitz booked three rooms for us. We got three notices from American Express with the charges of almost $****. We called back to check on something and were told that we only had two rooms and that no more rooms were available, even though our AMX had been hit three times. I called the hotel and got three rooms at a lower rate than Orbitz. Then the real trouble started when I tried to cancel the reservations. I called and was on hold for an hour, really, I gave the rep all of the reservation numbers and she said she would cancel both reservations. I got an email for one only. So, I got my AMX statement and looked and sure enough no refund on the second room. I called and asked about it and the lady, after another hour of waiting, said that it sure enough had been canceled but that the agent, for some reason, had not finalized the refund order, so now I am waiting another hour to talk to a supervisor about why they shorted me $*.** on one refund. They said it was a "hotel charg
