~lynette:in attempting to reorder a prescription, the woman at Optum indicated she was faxing my Rx to my doc right away. I followed up the next day with my doc and the office had NOT received any fax from Optum. Called Optum again, described the situation and was assured an Rx would be sent immediately. Again, no Rx sent to doc. I then asked my doc's office to fax Optum. They indicated they did not receive an Rx from doc's office, though the doc's office had received an acknowledgment of it being sent. Called Optum again (this being the *rd time) and asked to speak with a supervisor. Explained how exasperated and frustrated I felt, and that though I was a long time customer I would no longer be using Optum, she simply said "okay," and had no solution or consideration of my dilemma. Too, too difficult and annoying. Their "hassle free fill enrollment" is totally misleading!
