~sjjpc65：Tip login to your account & go to contact us. At the bottom of the page on the right side, is a box. Click on call me now. In less than ** seconds they will call you. I've only had to weight * minutes, to get an agent. Most of them are pleasant & very helpful. Their not perfect but, if your nice to them you'll get better service. I need to call later today, they shipped me wrong medication. Letter that came in package, said they will send you a postage paid package to return the medicine. You will also receive a full refund. I'll post a new review, if I have any problem. Remember how many people they deal with, on a daily basis & most likely get a lot of irate calls. Their doing much better, than when they first started. by: sjjpc**
