Every year I request meds to be sent to another address for * months and every year they get it wrong and will not rectify the situation. I tried to dis enroll from this terrible company and was told I can't until next year. Meanwhile after several weeks my meds are not here. I requested an overnight delivery (at their expense) and of course they would not comply.*You would think that in the interest of good will and customer satisfaction they would try to rectify the situation. I looked on the corporate website to try to contact Dirk McMahon, the CEO, but of course, in typical optum rx fashion it was impossible to do so.*I can't wait to change to another plan.
