GetHuman-216422:After a ** minute conversation with a clueless customer service rep, I asked to speak to someone who could explain why I had to wait ** days to get my credit card processed for an RX order I placed. I was on hold for ** minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor when the original rep got back on and said she had a supervisor for me to speak to. Guess what, no supervisor got on -- just more music for another * minutes. Then what happened? I hear a message that said I have reached a non-working number. I looked at my watch and saw that it was *pm. That's the end of the day for Optum customer service, and ** minutes of wasted time for me. BTW, this was my third attempt to get an answer to why my order hadn't yet been shipped -- hadn't even been processed. This call was made the same day that my wife, who had submitted her order the same time I had, received her shipment, and she had used the same credit card that the rep told me is still being processed.
