I said at the start I was getting ready to add the PREMIER MEMBERSHIP. Why ask me if I'm happy and then say the only option is to cancel membership when I've not been receiving magazine that I pay for and it's an ongoing issue. Then receiving a notice that my subscription is expiring when it's paid up until ****. I've sent numerous emails and haven't had any response. I'm a bit in shock actually.
