~Ragator：During the initial activation of Ooma I had the option of adding a second number to the account which I did. When cancelling the premier service my second number was no longer valid. Since the second number seemed to be an easier number for everyone to remember I wanted to exchange the two numbers. They can do it but unfortunately it would cost $**.** to do so. I understand but its not worth the $ to do so. Not the answer I wanted but the service response and understanding of my call was fantastice....wish the cable companies could be as efficient!
