~OnStarGal:Had OnStar factory installed in my last vehicle (owned ** yrs) & never had a issue. I bought a new car that doesn't offer OnStar, so I bought the FMV mirror. In the last * months, my account was deactivated (not by me), reactivated & given * different phone numbers for my car. Trying to reach customer service on the phone is awful. The service through the mirror is better, but unless you have an emergency, you get a rep who barely speaks English. Waiting for a supervisor to call me back... apparently none were available to talk when I called.
