We don't know OfficeMax personal said check with your bank. So I left my cart full of the supplies I needed, and drove across town to my bank. I showed a bank officer my check, explained what OfficeMax had said* they checked our account verified it has over $**,*** dollars available and no holds on the account. I went back to the store explained what was going on to a different person who informed me Telecheck services had declined my check. I asked and was given OfficeMax Customer Service *-***- ***-OMAX. I called them explained the situation the person listened than transferred me to a different dept. I was put on hold, when they answered they listened
