~jcw99：Having a very difficult time getting in touch with customer service. Ordered a product over * month ago, *st item damaged and replacement is the wrong product. Unable to reach via phone, on hold for *** minutes then transfered to a voicemail and never recieve a call back. Did finally recieve a call back from an email and the represenative was unable to answer my questions on how to have the wrong item returned for a refund. Very frustrated with this company.
