~MsTowns:I visited O Charley's and ordered my food the waiter brung out the wrong food and not to mention the food wasn't prepared the way the menu said it was going to be. I sent the food back and left. I tried to give them another shot by calling in a order. It took * min to answer the phone , then I was placed on hold for * min only for someone to get on the phone that had a lot of static and couldn't hear me just for the person to hang up on Me. The location was in Columbus Ohio , on Morse Rd and Hamilton Rd intersection . I will never recomend this location to anyone ever !
