~Willowcf：I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service! I purchased my first Nutribullet RX at the end of December. Within the first two days it ate the gasket from the base and the one I replaced it with from one of the tops. I returned this one and they replaced it with another that once again chewed up the base gasket within the first coup,e of days! I tried to contact the company but when I was finally able to get through I was told I needed to contact a different part of the company which I was never able to get through to. I gave up until * weeks ago and finally reached someone I thought was going to be able to help. They were not very familiar with the parts of the machine but told me I purchased one that was manufactured in September and there was a problem with the base and they would send me a new one. Great, but in the mean time, knowing my customer service experience was not the best I wanted to be able to purchase some new gaskets to hold me over un
