I decided to let it go, and just try to close my share account with them. I spoke to a teller named Irene, who was supposed to send me an Account Closure form. She took her sweet old time about it and I had to call back a couple of weeks later to get someone else to send me the form...**When I got the balance remaining (supposedly) from my closed account, it was $** light. I called customer service to ask why that was. They told me that they (again without warning or prior notice) charged me an account inactivity fee of $* for each of * months.**I then called the teller supervisor Lisa Hand - who ducked my call for several days - at the branch to say that I was not warned about either of these fees in advance.
