~appleorange1:This is one of the worst automated systems ever. I tried to speak to a human but they do their best to not get you to speak to one. There call-back system is messed up as well for whoever programmed it. It asks you when you want to get a call back and you enter and then it says it is no available. Then it tells you to listen for the next available time after you entered and then AGAIN says it is not available either. Then it hangs up on you after wasting half an hour of your day.
