~netspendistheworst:I used Turbo Tax & in order to get my tax refund back quicker I had no choice but to use Netspend services. It has been a nightmare. Haven't received my card. my tax refund if at Netspend. i call customer service & they tell me the email i gave them isn't showing up which is odd because i just received an email from them informing me my tax refund had been deposited ** min or so prior to me calling them.. My fiancee who didn't request a card has received * in the past week. she hasn't activated them because she doesn't want to incur fees by not having money coming in to put on the card..I'm very frustrated & fed up with this whole process. I've talked with * separate customer service reps & have been given * diff answers. seems that noone knows wth is going on & I'm not receiving the help I am entitled to. I have asked if we were to activate my fiancees card if we cld have my deposit transferred to her card. noone has a freaking clue to the answer to that * either. It's a chaotic mes
