First question they changed fee policy without notification as of **********. Use to be able to take all funds off w*direct deposit up to * days after deposit, now can only take $*** for free then there is a fee. Then I asked how could I next time be connected directly to live rep(what option) and was told to call *-**-netspend. That is the number I called but she kept giving me same answer. She was foreign and it was very frustrating.
