The agent I spoke with was able to refund a payment that was billed today, and I just received an email informing me of that. So beware of that, additionally they can only make a refund of a payment within the last ** days. Now I will have to contact x and have him call the credit card company to reject the other payments. The agent was able to verify that I had not been using the a*c for the last * months, but they still are unable to reverse the charges. The agent was great though, even if I didn't like the answers.
