A supervisor came on and read the same script then hung up on me. Complete idiots. Poor service, poor training by leadership obviously, and poor corporate standards. Way to go Jack! The Department of Education should you down, take your * million bonus, wipe the fees clean from student debt, and dissolve Sallie Mae*Navient.
