~KG:I have been a client since ********* (NEVER late or had issues). I changed my bank account in May on my private loans but it did not connect to my federal loans. I accept responsibility. The Sallie Mae rep was helpful in June. I hung up feeling confident that the situation was resolved. In Oct I received a past due notice for which I called and the auto system said I did not have a payment due until November. I waited for a rep. She was rude & disrespectful but did confirm my auto pay had not gone through. I would rather not have gotten my education than continue to deal with their inconsistency and incompetence.
