I've been calling them almost everyday due to the fact that they lost my documents, which caused a delay in my process. The worst part is that when you actually use your email,and ask a question, their answer is "please allow us ** days to review your inquiry, but you never hear back from them at all! I can't believe how much of a joke NVC is.
