Seeing as they are paying out so much money in unemployment maybe they should hire some of the people they are paying to answer phones. everytime I call I get this message "due to the high volume of calls we can not take your call..." then they tell me to get on the internet, like their website is any help!?!? But I will say this when I do actually talk to a person they are also helpful and friendly. they just need more people.
