The gentleman that picked up immediately looked up my claim to find out what the issue was. Back in October my claim was pended after * months of receiving benefits, and I was instructed to continue to claim but would have to wait for an agent to contact me for more details. The man I spoke to transferred me to someone after he was unable to resolve the problem. A very kind woman took my call from there, but was also unable to determine why my claim was pended. She said I would need to speak to a technician, but there weren't any available. She confirmed my phone number and promised someone would call me back later today. Fingers crossed. My problem hasn't been resolved yet, but the people I spoke to tried to be helpful.
