When i called back i got a person that was such an ***, he made me wish i was talking to the first rude person again. I mean i would ask a question and i would have to wait through three minutes of silence to get an answer for both the first and second call. I spent an hour on the phone with not one hint of a result. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD EVER. I ended up having to google my answer and solved the problem myself in half the time.
