Alexander:Net** is the worst when it comes to customer service!!*I received a defective LG-*** phone that would not transmit my voice after about * minutes - I could hear the other party perfectly, however. After THREE (*) weeks, EIGHT (*) rounds of calls, and spending more than FOUR (*) hours in call time & money, inputting endless codes and trouble-shooting, it was determined I had a defective phone. Yet, none of the NET** representatives would commit to replace*exchange phones. Instead, each call required going through the entire trouble-shooting process again & again, with no records of any previous call information. E-mails and snail mail is worthless. NET** kept giving me the runaround to nowhere. Add to it all the language problems with each call* frequently necessitating repeated statements, and at times even the spelling of sentences. *NET** may seem like a good price initially, but when you have problems with their products and*or services, you will quickly lose time and mone
