After spending * days trying to get an actual person on the line, I finally succeeded by going through the technical support option and stating that I had no Net** phone number (which I had to do since the automated system kept telling me that my phone number of three years was not a valid one). When I FINALLY got a human being on the other end, he ended up being very patient and helpful. He was unable to resolve my issue, though, due to corporate constraints.
