~AJA:I have used Net** for at least * years. It is a good service as long as you have no problems. When customer service gets involved, things begin to get complicated. I have had two very small issues that I needed resolved, and had to use a tremendous amount of time and energy to resolve them. The customer service is very poor as a whole. I just recently had an issue with my long distance program, and rather than resolving it after my explanation, Net** would like me to call them and waste more time.
