~moocowhernandez:Spoke to a CSR two days ago. They said to call sales & they could offer me a special promotion. I call sales today, & the guy that answers sounds half asleep. He says he's never heard of such a promo, and acts as if I'm making it up. He makes a much weaker offer and even offers free shipping! Oh boy! Problem is, they already offer free shipping with no minimum. The guy was rude, snide, & very unprofessional. I later got another retailer to match the original offer. I'll never buy from MF again.
