It was said in a contemptuous,patronizing way that really put me off. I told him I wanted another agent or supervisor. He said neither was available. "Fine." I said, "I'll hold. Or you can have someone call me." He then said it would be ** hours before I received a return call. At that point, anything was better than this guy, "Bobbie". He must have remembered the calls
