We called monster and the guys jason who pick up the call saying that there is no supervisor who take calls and hes not refunding our money that hes going to wipe his *** with the ** dollars i dont care if it was * dollars its still mine all monster had to do was get ahold of ups so we can get our shipping back that we paid extra for so we could get the part in * days
