Called two weeks later only to deal with the same level of employee incompetance with another promiss of a resulution call back which never happened.**Finally called Pamela Henson (Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing (***) ***-****)two differant times left a message, still with NO REPLY! I guess she doesn't talk to the little people, but then neither does the call back people at the Milwaukee Sentinal*Journal. My advice to their customers,....CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION!
