GetHuman-resayele：I give it * stars only because one tech was kind and helpful but left me with a tech screen I had a hard time escaping. Otherwise, * days in and it's been incomplete work, repeating the same information, not being able to understand them, having all kinds of programs added that I did not want or need, numerous steps you have to go through over and over to get to someone, passive-aggressive behavior, NO U.S. TECH SUPPORT CENTERS, no or too late returned calls, no sound when on hold and when they are working to let you know you're still connected, and being disconnected from reaching higher level authority every time I tried (*-*). I was yelling, like the ugly American,and I wish I hadn't. I have lost a lot of respect for Microsoft for leaving me with only this option, and for not providing them with the tools they need to work with Americans.
