~KelMac:Did not work. Suggestions tried. Get a thank you for calling goodbye. The prompts provided are not the only reasons why you would be calling them and not into system yet, because you have questions prior to filing-- correctly. I realize the system doesnt want to waste time and resources that are available that people are just to lazy to review or research and I personaly would rather do it automated way but when you have things not prompted or on FQA or Question or Topic searches, then you have to speak to a human, now I have to take the risk of submitting something wrong and wait for it to get accepted or rejected wasting mine and States time just for a quick question that might take * to * minutes to answer.
