~Ms. Grey:This company is horrible. I called MetroPC's **** because a phone number change fee was suppose to be waived but instead they disconnected my phone. My payment was not due until another two weeks. When asking for a supervisor regarding this error, I was told "all" were busy. Supervisor never came to the phone. Instead, CSR wanted to credit my account for a $*.** - for the day I was without my phone line. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
