I had a Zte with insurance and wgenbu took it to the corporate store in Woodward in Detroit, u was told that the phone was outdated and it was my fault that the phone charging port was bent. It wasn't. It was wear and tear. Fairly. I am a US Ammy Veteran and had to grab a phone I could afford at the time and I hate it. I am having problems with the Koyocera Wave too and what a down grade. I was offered a Stylus which I did not want. I am very disappointed. The lady at the corporate office in Southfield, Mi assured me that my phone would not be disconnected. It was. This has been a terrible run around and I was wondering if you guys held to exceptional customer service. I need a phone line my ZTE. IT HAS BOW BEEN DESTROYED. I AM A VETERQN with Brain Injury and Brain Disease and I needed that big screen for my impaired vision. The corporate stores were both rude. Is there ANYWAY Metro PCs and support the complaint of a Disabled Veteran and get me a free phone equal to the size and amount I paid for my ZTE ***** I LOVED that phone and I paid on the $**.** plan.
