~Jantezana:After calling a dozen times, a CSR transfer me to Billing Dept who in time, transfer me again to CSR to review why I had my service suspended. THen, we found out there was a problem with the website, the payment did not go through the first time or with the CSR. Rigo,ID *****, was able to give me good support with a great initiative from his side. He understood my situation. Seriously, MPCS has a very horrible system of CSR -not the people- but the system only goes to machines once and again. You have to make a research to find the good CSR ones.
