~BullBear:I used to be Banc of America customer and they forced to use Merrill's edge platform. It's just simply horrible. Above all customer service is just simply rude and not knowledgeable. Website has a lot of problems, stock prices don't update in real time, research is very complicated and worth nothing, trading platform very slow and unresponsive. Lack of good design and readability. It's very hard to find what you're looking for. F- stay away from Merrill Edge or they put your nerves at the EDGE guaranteed!
