A little passive aggressive at first, just confirming that a bus was "scheduled" (duh ... the website could tell me that) ... but then they softened and were pretty helpful but werent able to tell me if my son was on the bus. Its **** ... why not barcode scan everyone's ticket and uplink it to a central server. Some day they will be held liable by a crime victim for not having this basic app.
