~anon:I spoke with "Cherry" - who sounded like she had just swallowed a fistfull of apathy pills. My god she must hate her job. She was pretty much useless, except in that she was an excellent barrier to getting anything done - which let's face it if actually what she's being paid for. I think unless you really luck out & get someone who has a soul for some reason it will be impossible to squeeze any kind of fair treatment out of megabus. Be warned, it's cheap but they give no f**** about the customer.
