~Debbie:I have called three times today receiving unacceptable customer service. Representative refused to assist me and in turn my reservation was cancelled. Manager also refused to speak to me. Worst service I have ever received. Will not recommend them to anyone. I am currently on hold with the corporate office which by the way they refused to provide me that * AS Well.The representatives are out of Athens GA. Beth Scott and supposedly the Manager Theresa Aguilera. Horrible Horrible Horrible for customer service reps to provide paying customers this type of assistance.
