The second time, I was told I could not speak to the Operations person who emailed me. I am wholly dissatisfied with this company. I paid for a roundtrip from Atlanta to Boston and back for my daughter and granddaughter in February. The return trip brought them to Atlanta almost ** hours later than they were due to arrive. The Boston to DC leg of the trip had a delay so significant that they missed their *:** pm connection and by **:** am, no bus had yet arrived and they had to stay in a hotel that night. Once they made the DC to Atlanta connection, the bus broke down alongside the highway resulting in a delay of more than * hours. I filed a request for a refund and received an email that, after an investigation, they found that there was only one ** minute delay and refused to refund my money.
