The address given ***-*** N Gertrude Ave. When I did a map search, it showed a parking lot...hmm. I explained to Cynthia I was traveling with a small child and I needed to know if this location a park and ride or a true "parking lot". The car rental companies in the area would not accommodated me, because they could not pinned point the location ***-*** ect. Cynthia response, "I don't know, (repeatedly) the address is all we have, I live in GA." I tried to rephrase the question several times......Needless to say no help here.
