GetHuman-345696：Mediacom is a horrible cable company. I have been without service for a week now. I have been told they won't come out for * more weeks. I have phone, internet, and cable. I always pay my bill on time. Once they have you in a contract, they treat you like garbage. The government needs to do something about companies that have a monopoly oin the area so the charge high prices and give no service! If you don't have Mediacom, font get it. It's not worth the long wait times, lost money, and frustration !!!!
