When i told him that I couldn't afford to pay more to fix it, he tried to a different amount. I was not having any real problems with it and he kept telling me that my computer would go down I told him all I wanted was to put the mcafee in I shut my laptop down afterwards and when I went to go back on it wont even boot up this really is messed up when all I wanted was help putting your program in that I purchased. why should I have to be pushed into spending more money. and having your people who are there to help your customers just to get more money ***** up my property so I have to give more money to get it fixed. I can't even get on the internet with it to have you fix it again.
