GetHuman-241161:After waitiing over * *** hours for someone to pick up, I was overjoyed with talking with someone in New Delhi. Imagine my delight when we went to go to assist and he took command of my computer and after ** minutes caused it to crash. Can life get better? Yes, i say. I worked on it for ** hours and was able to save all my important documentation to an external hard drive that I was forced to purchase ( not too upset about that, I could use one anyway). For my trouble, I was offered two years free service of the $**.** package that I originally purchased. I thought I would just part company and try to get my $**.** back by refund. Another call, but this time to Customer Service in the Philipines...what an international company they are.... and after ** minutes on the phone with two people, was told there was nothing they could do for me. NO REFUND! I bought this program in October **** and it's too old, although the problem was caused by McAfee in April of ****. I rather have root ca
