GetHuman-434673：a few weeks into my subscription my account was hacked into and turned into a ** year old males profile. I had to contact Match and let them know and then blocked him and told me to start another profile. I was then told due to this hacking that after my * mths I paid for that i would be given another * mths subscription added to my acct. Last week my subscription ended and I wasn't given my free * mths. I emailed multiple times and never heard back, I called today and was told those * mths weren't added in my notes and that I was not able to get my * mths free. Are you freaking kidding me!!! Never again will I use this service.
