GetHuman-434754：This is not regarding the assistant though it is clear that he has been instructed to provide this poor service. I just discovered that Match had been charging me * times at $*** over the course of the past * years without me authorizing this and well after I had unsubscribed, which was not an easy thing to do in itself. I had no reason to even think that I was being charged after that as I only received ad emails asking me to join once I had finally managed to unsubscribe. Is this the new kind of business we are allowing? This is NOT a way to conduct business! Not only should it be a crime, like authorized stealing from people who are unaware, but certainly disgracing its own reputation, which apparently isn't worth forgoing all the money they can continue to extort. I can't believe this is legal. I am sure that it will be someday after enough people complain.
