GetHuman-393813：I cancel once already but relunctantly went back on in hopes of finding someone I reach out to but had not heard from while they were away and did not know it. I was more informed this time and set my preference to NOT be automatically charge and I still got automatically charged! FYI, if you get charged too, the only way to get a refund is to NOT do anything on the website. If you send an email or anything after they charge you they will use that as an excuse to not refund your money. Found that out the hard way.
